These Terms of Service govern your use of Druma, a milk-tea sharing video app. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

• You may use Druma only for lawful personal use and in compliance with applicable platform rules.
• You are responsible for the milk tea content, profile details, and other materials you choose to upload or publish.
• You must not use the app to post unlawful, abusive, infringing, or misleading content.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and submit. By publishing content in Druma, you grant the app operator a limited right to host, display, process, and moderate that content as needed to operate the service and related support workflows.

Coins and Purchases

Druma may offer virtual coin packs or similar in-app purchase items that unlock posting-related actions or app features. Virtual items have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are subject to the rules presented at the time of purchase.

Safety and Reporting

The app may provide reporting, blacklist, or moderation tools. Misuse of these tools, or repeated attempts to disrupt other users or the app, may result in content removal or access restrictions.

Availability

Features, legal pages, content visibility, and purchase options may change over time. The app may be updated, suspended, or discontinued in whole or in part when reasonably necessary.

Disclaimers

Druma is provided on an as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app operator disclaims warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Druma.
